During my performance @successful_art_project, I am using mostly tools and methods which I found on Instagram and Youtube, this way experimenting with
the self-constructed internet spirituality. While practicing positive thinking and gratitude feels rather easy and pleasant, I noticed that meditation was so far the tool that was hardest to use. That’s why
I believe that the non-interruptive nature of Instagram live-stream would be a great medium to try to implement mindfulness practice.
During the residency on Is this it?, for 21 days I tried to form a habit of practicing mindfulness while using guided meditations, created by my research
subjects - spiritual influencers. This kind of daily practice was streamed live on my Instagram and afterwards uploaded on residency website ︎︎
